A Dillards Creek Community businessman, Mr. Larry Keeler, has died at the age of 76 at 9:38 p.m. on Monday evening November 4, 2019 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center from complications of pneumonia.
Mr. Keeler was cremated at Cumberland Family Services in Algood and a Celebration of Life will be conducted on Sunday afternoon, November 17, at 5:00 PM at the Keelers Market.
He was born Larry Gordon Keeler in Dearborn in Wayne County, Michigan on August 23, 1943 and was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Lyle Keeler who died at the age of 88 on December 31, 2010 and Virginia May Greenwald Keeler who died December 1, 1999.
Mr. Keeler had been the owner and operator of Keeler’s Market on Granville Highway in the Dillards Creek Community for over twenty years.
Before moving to the Dillards Creek Community he resided in the New Middleton Community.
He was reared in the Catholic Church and was a high school graduate in 1961.
Surviving is his daughter, Tracy Keeler of Gordonsville and the mother of Tracy, the former Ulanda Barnett also of Gordonsville.
